Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking 10 warehouse workers to join our team in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for picking orders, operating an electronic pallet jack, and stacking pallets with various products. You will also wrap the pallets and load them onto trucks. Communication within the warehouse will be facilitated through a headset.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately and efficiently.

• Operate an electronic pallet jack.

• Stack pallets with products such as 12 packs and liter crates.

• Wrap pallets once they are full.

• Load wrapped pallets into trucks.

• Communicate effectively with team members via headset.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift and stack items weighing 20-50 lbs consistently.

• Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

• Ability to work on 2nd shift (2pm-9:30pm) with the possibility of extended hours.

• Ability to adhere to designated break times.

Work Environment

The warehouse is a busy environment with approximately 25 employees on the 2nd shift. It is very clean and organized, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace. Breaks are taken at designated times—4:00 pm, 6:30 pm, and occasionally 9:00 pm if the workload is high. The 2nd shift runs from 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm, but hours can extend depending on customer orders, especially on Thursdays and Fridays. During peak times, such as before holidays, shifts could extend up to 16 hours. New employees may experience some physical soreness from stacking pallets, but this typically subsides after the first few weeks.
