Job Title: Structural Drafter

Job Description

Join our team as a Structural Drafter, primarily focusing on the concrete precast department. You will lead the design of precast structures for various facilities including parking structures, hospitals, warehouse facilities, commercial office buildings, educational institutions, data centers, and justice facilities.

Hard Skills

• Associate Degree in drafting (civil/architectural focus, not MEP)

• Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD

• Revit proficiency (preferred)

• Ability to read specifications and plans

• 1 year of Architectural/Structural Design experience (preferred)

Soft Skills

• Desire to learn and adapt new skills, particularly Revit

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in OMAHA, Nebraska.

Work Environment

The role requires working 100% in-office in a high-tech, family-friendly environment. Attire is business casual, with more casual dress on Fridays. Work hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with no overtime. PTO is flexible.
