Conagra Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Modernization in Omaha, Nebraska

Reporting to the Manager of Finance Modernization, within the Global FP&A Team, the Senior Analyst of Finance Modernization role is an analytical and innovative individual who will be a project manager, developer, and advisor to the broader Finance organization. You will play an important part in transforming financial systems while improving efficiency, saving costs, and unlocking data for business-driving decision-making. You will partner cross-functionality with Finance and IT to manage projects and implement reporting and process solutions. Adaption to new technologies and agility in changing priorities is critical.

You Will:

  • Partner with other Finance functions to assess complex business problems, develop and present solution proposals, and execute development of those solutions utilizing data modeling, visualization, and automation tools and techniques.

  • You will analyze current business processes and identify inefficiencies/areas for improvement in financial reporting and operations. Present recommendations related to optimizing process, metrics, technologies to key stakeholders.

  • Manage multiple automation and reporting projects from end to end. Use project management systems track completion, defects, and resolutions of development items and bugs. Reprioritize work to ensure alignment with business strategy and needs. Provide updates to senior leadership on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.

  • You will work with IT partners to communicate requirements and validate system and data enhancements required to support project progress.

  • Adapt to technological and data changes to ensure stability of financial systems. Be a SME on financial, automation, and visualization applications.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Economics, or another quantitative field.

  • 5+ years experience in Analytics, Finance Transformation, Process Improvement, Reporting or Automation required.

  • Experience leading projects and thought leadership.

  • Proficiency in automation applications and data manipulation and reporting tools. Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx, or MS Power Platform required.

  • At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
