Recruiting Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and highly organized Interview Scheduler to join our team in Omaha. The successful candidate will work closely with six recruiters, assisting with interview scheduling and ensuring a seamless process. This role requires strong communication skills, both via email and phone, and a high level of organizational ability.
Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling interviews for candidates
Obtain necessary details from recruiters, including manager and role information
Coordinate interview schedules using Outlook
Communicate effectively through email and phone
Maintain high levels of organization to manage multiple scheduling tasks
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in an office environment is a plus
Service industry experience is preferred
Ability to handle difficult personalities and maintain composure
Efficient multitasking and accountability
No specific degree required, open to new graduates
Positive energy and professional demeanor
Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite in Aksarben with a schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM.
You will be working closely with a team of six recruiters, where business casual attire is required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
