Aerotek Punch Press Operator in OMAHA, Nebraska

$18-$25/hour

Job Description

As a Punch Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and changing over production stamping dies in punch press using basic hand tools. Your role includes material handling using overhead cranes and forklifts, packaging parts into boxes, and stacking them on pallets for shipping. You will ensure understanding of dimensions and tolerancing for quality control, operate and understand 'Go No-Go' gauges, calipers, micrometers, and clearly communicate quality issues with engineers to solve problems.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime offered during the week. The schedule includes working 9 weeks on day shifts followed by one week on night shifts.
