Use skills pulling from inventory control and account management to reach your goals
Utilize parts ordering software
Work with venders to ensure timely delivery of quality automotive / autobody parts
Ensuring part orders contain manufactured only autobody parts
Negotiate competitive parts pricing
Utilize a variety of management systems
Ensuring overall gross profit for jobs that have been have been completed
Work within a fast paced team environment
Spend time training in both invoice management and Parts Ordering to ensure you are set up for success and fully understand all facets of the department
Here are our non-negotiables:
Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
Working behind a computer for an extended period of time
Computer savvy
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks
Attention to detail / Quick learner / Positive can do attitude
