Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a experience in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair. The ideal candidate will also have experience with injection molding setup and technical troubleshooting. This role involves accessing and programming or modifying PLC logic to make repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

  • Perform injection molding setup and technical troubleshooting.

  • Access, program, and modify PLC logic to make necessary repairs.

  • Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on various machinery.

  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

  • Set up molds for injection molding processes.

  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

  • At least 6+ months of experience with maintenance on injection molding machines.

  • 1+ years of experience with PLC and electrical systems.

  • 6+ months of experience in preventive maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Industrial repair experience.

  • Experience with mechanical systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

The work environment is entirely indoors, with fans providing comfort even though it is not climate controlled. We offer three shifts: 1st shift (7am-3:30pm), 2nd shift (3:10pm-11:40pm), and 3rd shift (11:20pm-7:20am).

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.
