Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Omaha, Nebraska

Maintenance Technician - up to $32/hour depending on experience!

Job Description

Maintain and repair plant equipment including mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment. Perform setups and changeovers of machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery and equipment

  • Perform setups and changeovers of machinery

  • Ensure plant equipment operates efficiently

Essential Skills

  • 1+ year maintenance technician experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics in an industrial setting

  • Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, fabricating, and hydraulics

  • Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or any satisfactory combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties

Work Environment

This is a manufacturing and production environment, which may include exposure to high/precarious places, moving machinery, marked changes in temperature and humidity, dust, odors, and fumes. The facility is large and runs 24/7. It can be very hot in the summer due to the blowmolding machines and comfortable in the winter. The available shifts are 2nd (Mids) from 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a $1.50 shift differential, and 3rd (Nights) from 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with a $1.75 shift differential.

The pay range for this position is $58323.00 - $68432.00
