Uta Halee Academy (UHA) is a female-specific residential program that offers young women opportunities to build productive and meaningful futures for themselves and their communities. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features residential student dormitories, on-site schooling, a dining hall, and extracurricular opportunities for the students. Pay: starting at $20/hour ($500 sign on bonus at 3 months of employment)

What you will do: As Group Leader, you will be operationally responsible, through the work performed by Senior Coach Counselors, Coach Counselors, and Night Coach Counselors, for the safety, care, and around-the-clock supervision of students in the program. The Group Leader’s supervisory duties may also include authority and or participation in decisions to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, promote, discharge, assign, evaluate performance, reward, or discipline other employees or responsibility to direct them. The Group Leader exercises his/her authority on a daily basis through direction and supervision of both students and staff in order to meet expectations of the services provided. The Group Leader typically reports to the Shift Supervisor.
To be considered you should: Have at least 60 hours of college education and/or military experience Have at least 1 year in a supervisory role Be at least 21 years of age Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule: Looking to fill both A (A shift is Sunday-Tuesday 8 am-10 pm with a 2-hour break & Wednesday -8 am-4 pm with a 2-hour break.)
