Job Description
Insight Global is seeking to hire a Fire/Life Safety Systems Project Manager to join one of our large manufacturing and energy technology clients in Omaha, NE. The Project Manager is responsible for evaluating various project specifications to build out a project schedule, scope of work for technicians and contractors, while establishing crucial installation timelines. They will also oversee the procurement of project supplies and participate in cost reviews with the projects' budget and accounting teams while aligning to fiscal requirements and adhering to safety regulations. Throughout all projects' lifecycles, the Project Manager is expected to diligently document all parts of the project, including those impacting schedule. This position can offer $65,000 - $110,000 annual salary.

Skills and Requirements
High School Diploma OR State-recognized GED
3+ years of experience in commercial fire/life safety
Active knowledge of both local and national (NFPA) fire alarm codes and regulations
An active NICET II certification or higher OR the ability to obtain one within 1 year of employment
Knowledge of the Construction Management Process
The ability to read and understand drawings and specifications of electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams
Experience with MS Office & MS Project Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering OR Construction Management
SIA CSPM certification
NICET IV certification null
