Job Title: CNC Machine Setter
Job Description
Contractors will set up and operate Okuma CNC Mills, utilizing their own tools such as calipers, gauges, micrometers, etc. Candidates must be proficient in reading blueprints and setting up CNC machinery.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate Okuma CNC Mills
Utilize personal tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers
Read and interpret blueprints
Ensure precision and quality in machining operations
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment as needed
Essential Skills
2+ years of CNC Operation
1+ years of experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Proficiency in blueprint reading
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Okuma CNC Mills
Knowledge of various hand tools
Strong attention to detail
Problem-solving skills

Work Environment
The work environment is hot in the summer but heated in the winter. The facility employs 100 people. The shift is from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. The dress code includes jeans, long or short sleeve shirts, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection.

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00
