[The Attorney will be responsible for the following requirements: Support senior attorneys in areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, commercial transactions, health care transactions and banking. Conduct research on statutes, caselaw, and rules and regulations. Analyze and perform due diligence review of corporate documents, including governance documents, resolutions, written consents, minutes, and contracts. Assist senior attorneys in drafting memoranda, resolutions, written consents, governance documents, closing documents and various agreements. Employee may work from home.
