The Global Dealer Training & Productivity team helps dealers work smarter, not harder, with targeted training, data, strategy and more. Together, our team:

  • Ensures dealers have the content and training they need when they need it. Our focus is delivering unified coaching, a data-driven ecosystem and new productivity technologies so the right content, by the right people, reaches them at the right time.

  • Helps dealers become more strategic in diagnosing gaps and developing solutions.

  • Equips dealers with what they need to succeed and help them develop into trusted advisors to customers.

  • Works with dealers to improve business metrics, lower turnover, and increase customer satisfaction.

  • Responds to a shifting customer base with diverse preferences to transform customer experiences.

What you'll do...

The Learning Platform Administrator will serve as the central point of contact for the management and optimization of training platforms owned by Ford’s Dealer Training and Productivity organization. This individual will be responsible for the overall health, functionality, and user experience of training systems, processes, and tools, and act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for administrator-related activities. This includes managing stakeholder access, providing training and support, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that benefit Ford’s dealer network.

  • Manage and maintain training systems, processes, and tools, ensuring alignment with team objectives and stakeholder needs.

  • Oversee training platform operation, design and development of admin training, including timelines, launches, and process improvements.

  • Manage stakeholder and administrator access to training platforms.

  • Monitor global administrative community to ensure compliance with platform standards, utilizing templates, workflows, and processes.

  • Maintain a system of record, including managing user access and permissions.

  • Develop and generate reports as needed to track platform performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Serve as the digital adoption solution subject matter expert, co-authoring workflows to support learning platform launches.

  • Project manage learning platform vendor services and associated bodies of work, including memorializing and coordinating roadmap deliverables across core learner readiness activities.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience with Mindtickle platform.

  • 1+ year’s experience managing learning platforms in an enterprise or multi-customer environment.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with digital adoption solutions and gamification.

  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project management tools.

This position is a range of salary grades 7-8 .
