SHI Solutions Architect - Training and Adoption in Olympia, Washington
Job Summary
The Training and Adoption Solutions Architect will develop and deliver end-user-focused training and adoption programs to maximize technology adoption and business value for customers. The Training and Adoption Solutions Architect will participate in customer calls to help identify needs and requirements and develop training and adoption plans. The goal of the Training and Adoption Solutions Architect is to increase customer productivity and adoption by facilitating engaging professional workshops and training.
This position is a remote position with a Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
Execute against given key productivity indicators, including new offer development and revenue growth
Develop and create curriculum, content, and reference guides
Develop solutions, services, and offers
Develop, conduct, and deliver effective/relevant end-user training programs to customers
Deliver quality workshops and training in an effective and efficient manner
Evaluate outcomes of training sessions and provide feedback to leadership
Travel in the US and to Client locations when necessary
Attend customer calls to develop training and adoption plans for the customers
Manage and coordinate trainer resources
Deliver presentations internally and externally to evangelize the full portfolio of end-user offerings
Qualifications
Completed Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Education/Teaching
5+ years of content creation and curriculum design
5+ years years of Microsoft 365 experience
Minimum of 5 years facilitation/training experience
5+ years of adoption and change management experience
The ability to teach to a diverse/cross generational population
Required Skills
Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office application/products
Excellent knowledge of training methods and best practices for end-user training on application software
Exceptional presentations skills with ability to speak clearly and effectively to small/large audiences both in person or virtually.

Possess a deep knowledge and understanding of the business
Strong Communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Possess innovative thinking with a passion for Learning and Continuous Learning

Ability to Measure and Assess Staff Training Needs.
Ability to distill large amounts of information into concise, relevant components
Ability to be engaging in delivery of varied content
Ability to ascertain customer needs and develop a training plan
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 CoPilot, Microsoft Teams and Productivity Suite, and Google Workspace
Certifications Required
Microsoft Office Specialist Certificationpreferred
Any otherMicrosoft or training certificationpreferred
Microsoft Office Specialist certification is a plus
Unique Requirements
- Travel as needed based on business needs anddeterminedby SHI management.
Additional Information
This position's estimated annual pay range is $130,000 - $180,000, including a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
