The Senior Technology Implementation Professional delivers new technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope while aligned to enterprise objectives.

The Senior Technology Implementation Professional gathers and documents business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements. Completes and/or coordinates implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in a testing environment/area

  • 2 or more years of experience in utilizing knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies

  • 2 or more years of experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development

  • Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, project management and technical projects or programs

  • Clear, courteous, and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional experience with Azure DevOps processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite to include Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook

  • Knowledge of or experience developing data visualizations within Power BI

  • Experience consulting and communicating with and building relationships with external vendors

  • Project management experience developing and executing on project plans of small and large scale

  • Experience working in qTest Manager system

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines

  • Ability to learn how multiple systems and processes work together

  • Ability to self-manage several large initiatives throughout several areas of the business

Work at Home/Remote Requirements

To ensure Hybrid Office/Home associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Hybrid Office/Home associates must meet the following criteria:

  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

  • Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone and computer equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$78,800 - $108,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
