Job Description
Overall Responsibilities:
?[ ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Client Collaboration -- Once the initial lead is received, engage with clients via phone, in-person meetings and email to understand their remodeling needs, preferences, and objectives to pre-qualify the project and begin building your estimate. Ask pertinent questions, and provide expert advice on project feasibility, design options, budget considerations and any changes during the course of the project.
?[ ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Project Planning - Work with the designer to translate client requirements into detailed project plans. Ensure that all aspects of the remodeling project are thoroughly assessed and adequately addressed, including materials, labor, permits, and any unique challenges.
?[ ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Code Compliance - Stay updated with building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements to ensure all projects comply with local laws and safety standards.

Sale - Prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for remodeling projects; factoring in all relevant expenses, labor costs, material pricing, subcontractor fees, and potential contingencies. Create a personalized and detailed construction contract outlining the scope of work, cost breakdown, and any other essential project-specific details for presentation to clients that will result in a sale.
