WSECU Licensed Sales Support Specialist - Seattle Area in Olympia, Washington

This role supports the back office of the Investment Services program to support our team of Financial Advisors for Investment Management to maintain their flow of business and meet with more clients and prospects. Your day may include: Working with advisors and members/clients to provide support Scheduling appointments, confirmations, and following up on meetings Analyzing advisors' books of business to uncover opportunities with existing clients Referral management: qualifying referrals, assigning/entering referrals to CRM, updates on Symitar and SalesVision, following up on corrections or additional sales amounts, reporting to front line staff with Pinnacle Working with advisors to maintain client service level agreements Relationship touch points, event management, and social media follow up and maintenance Reviewing client accounts and documents when applicable Marketing campaigns for maintaining and following up with clients and prospects Notes and documentation for client interactions Mail processing and distribution Serving as a liaison between WSECU employees, branches, and advisors Maintaining knowledge of the variety of fund companies and products we work with Audit preparation and assistance with DFI and LPL audits Maintaining and creating reporting relevant to sales and activities Maintaining required Broker Dealer, FINRA, Firm Element, CE required trainings, and licensing and registration Broker Dealer alerts and notifications Staying current with LPL compliance news, training information, technology and enhancements What you bring to the team: Well-developed interpersonal, written, and telephone communication skills Ability to calculate figures and percentages, and collect and analyze data Microsoft Office proficiency Must be a current employee of the Investment department Bonus points if you have: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or closely related field Financial industry experience Ability to acquire FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66 and State Life and Health Insurance license within 6 months from hire Project and time management skills Ability to use formulas, perform calculations and link items in Excel Competitive pay: $28.90 - $43.34 per hour, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits package. The target starting pay for this position is $28.90 - $36.12 per hour, typically within the first half of the range. Actual offers will be based on individual qualifications relevant to the role and will not take an applicant's pay history into account. The range above allows our employees room for growth through annual merit and other pay increase during their tenure in the position. Where we're located: University Branch: 1121 NE 45th St Seattle, WA 98105. Employee must reside and perform all work in the state of Washington. This is a work from home/hybrid position with the exception of occasional on-site training, meetings and specific organization events.
