South Puget Sound Community College{tabindex="0" rel="nofollow"} (SPSCC) seeks a highly motivated and qualified individual for the position of Human Resource Consultant- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. The Human Resource Consultant -- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition provides professional level, technical Human Resource guidance and support to faculty, staff, job applicants and the college community. This position is responsible for coordination of college-wide recruitment efforts, management of applicant tracking processes, and assists in a variety of complex and confidential, personnel activities. Many activities are performed independently and with minimal supervision. Individuals assigned to this position are expected to be proficient in the essential functions listed below and others of similar complexity in accordance with generally known procedures and established policies.
