Citigroup Sanctions QA Analyst in Olsztyn, Poland

Job Description

Sanction Screening HUB is a specialized unit providing sanction control services. HUB was created in June 2015 - since then we consistently expand the list of types of services and the scope of countries. Ultimately, the team will provide services for most countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We place special emphasis on providing the highest quality services combined with timely performance, while ensuring that operational activities are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Global Sanctions Policy. At the same time, it is extremely important for us that each member of the team can also focus on individual development in a comfortable work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Risk-based evaluation of sanctions related processes in TTS (Treasury & Trade Services) Client Ops businesses around the world

  • Planning, designing, scoping, executing, escalating and reporting QA Reviews as a part of the overall QA cycle in accordance with the TTS (Treasury & Trade Services) Operations QA Program and local procedures

  • Cooperation with other bank units

  • Escalating errors and exceptions identified during QA reviews in accordance with the TTS (Treasury & Trade Services) Operations QA Escalation Standard and the validation of action plans to address QA findings

  • Providing Sanctions support to various businesses related to QA practices, appropriate reporting and evidencing

  • Working to ensure that the company provides the best level of service. Continually improving both internal and external quality

Qualifications:

  • Good English skills written and communicative spoken

  • Experience in the AML / Compliance / KYC / Sanctions sector will be an asset

  • Very good investigative and analytical skills with proven ability to understand and interpret MIS and metrics

  • Highly productive with a strong attention to detail, excellent time management, planning & organizational skills

  • Ability to work under time pressure

  • Flexibility regarding working hours and working days
