We are in search of a Receptionist to join our team, based in Olive Branch, Mississippi for select dates. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, handling the flow of people through the business and ensuring all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing superior service and addressing inquiries

• Efficiently manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are directed appropriately

• Maintain organized files and records for efficient data retrieval

• Conduct data entry tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Schedule appointments, managing the company calendar effectively

• Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely and detail-oriented responses

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to complete tasks and manage information

• Employ strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system

• Strong customer service skills

• Experience with data entry

• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word

• Skilled in organizing files systematically

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively
