Job Title: Business Analyst Requirements Engineering

Role Overview:

Support, develop, maintain, optimize, customize and improve the current PTC RV&S (also known as Windchill RV&S or Integrity) environment at GKN Automotive.

Key Responsibilities:

• User and Project Administration for both PTC RV&S

• Windchill RV&S System Configuration: configure Windchill RV&S to support the Automotive Product Development Process (ASPICE)

• Data Model Configuration: configuration of PTC RV&S solution modules in accordance with internal customer requirements (Requirements Management, Project Management, Change & Defect Management, Version & Variant Management, Test Management and Source Management, System Management)

• User Interface Configuration: configuration of common viewsets for different roles, queries, workflows, item fields, dashboards, charts, reports & metrics etc.

• Collaborate with internal customers and engineering management to identify engineering IT requirements aligned with the ASPICE ePowertrain Engineering strategy.

• Analyse and document business processes in the environment of extended PLM (PDM, ALM, RM).

• Develop appropriate solutions to meet engineering requirements.

• Vendor liaison: manage maintenance, operational issues (bugs) and upgrades in collaboration with PTC. Work with vendor to secure necessary product improvements.

• User Support: reinforce existing L1\L2 support team

• System Status Reporting: prepare reports on usage, licensing, configuration as required.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

• Expert knowledge of PTC RV&S

• Good knowledge of interfacing applications eg. Windchill PDM, Enterprise Architect and others

• Good Project Management skills

• Education: Master's Degree or Equivalent Level.

• Preferred: local language and English language skills.
