    How do you excel in this position

    The Project Manager is responsible for providing technical support to a multi-disciplined team for projects from concept to completion. This includes participation in managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, contractual deliverables, reviewing plans and other technical documents.

    What are we looking for:

  • Associate degree in business administration or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-3 years of project management experience in building infrastructure and/or energy reduction initiatives required.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction or HVAC industry required.

  • Sound understanding of Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite of products.

  • Must have or be able to obtain 10- hour OSHA certification.

  • Occasional travel required. Must be able to travel to job sites 25-50% of the time.

  • Project Management Professional Certification preferred.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of customers.

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
