NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Direct Care Professional /DSP / Caregiver/LST

Sign-on Bonus of up to: $2,000 for Full-time

BASE pay starts at $18.75 an hour with no experience!

(Higher compensation for applicants with CRMA, DSP and/or at least 1 year of caregiver experience!)

Our Direct Support Professionals are compassionate and have fun on the job! Our Old Orchard Beach house #2 goes to the beach, lobster boat trips, berry-picking, hiking, visit the movies, baseball games, talent shows, restaurants, gardening and more! Come have fun while making a difference!

Responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional:

• Assist with bathing and toileting

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Companionship and conversation - have fun!

• Overall safety and wellbeing of clients

Qualifications Required for a DSP:

• Must be minimum of 18 years of age

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Have a valid Driver's License & clean driving record

• Successful clearance of background checks
