Responsibilities

• Deburring Expertise: Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and grinders to remove sharp edges and burrs from machined parts.

• Honing Perfection: Polish and refine parts to meet exact client specifications.

• Inspect with Precision: Identify imperfections and ensure every component is smooth and flawless.

• Quality Control: Use gauges and micrometers to verify part dimensions align with specifications.

• Clean and Prep: Clean parts thoroughly to remove debris and residues.
