Senior Trade Compliance Analyst

As a Senior Trade Compliance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Your expertise in import and export regulations, along with your ability to develop and implement trade compliance policies, will contribute to the smooth flow of cross-border transactions. You will report directly to our Trade Compliance Manager, and you'll work out of our Olathe, KS location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company's global operations by ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and implementing trade compliance policies and procedures • Ensuring compliance with import and export regulations • Managing and overseeing import and export documentation • Conducting internal audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement • Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on trade compliance matters • Staying updated with changes in trade regulations and communicating the impact to the organization

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in trade compliance • Strong knowledge of import and export regulations • Experience in managing trade compliance programs • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
