Review the production schedule and select the appropriate materials required per production order to process enameled coils and cut-sheets.
Attend to the recoil operation, at the end of the stripline, to ensure that the completed PES is properly recoiled or cut to sheet size. Interleaf the PES coil and cut-sheets with paper or plastic film to prevent damage. Immediately report any malfunctions or unsafe conditions to the shift supervisor.
Remove completed coils from the recoiler using a coil cradle or forklift. Package all coils and cut-sheets for shipping per production order requirements. Address and move packaged coils and cut-sheets to designated storage area. Mark the attributes of the PES coil on the shipping tag and tube.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Gather and discard all scrap material.
The certification and use of a powered forklift or electric hand lift is required for pulling inventory, moving materials or equipment, and emptying trash containers.
Train new employees for any of the job duties and responsibilities of the Recoiler when required.
Observe all company policies and procedures.
Complete time sheets and all required reports/documents on a daily basis.
