What You’ll Get to Do
This position is located within a Shared Service Center, where the individual will be responsible for preparation administration of subcontracts, task orders and subsequent amendments. Typically works on high dollar subcontractor activities valued above $700,000.
More About the Role:
Administers and manages subcontracts in accordance with CACI standards, plans and policies.
Leads teaming agreement and strategic marketing alliance negotiations with outside sources.
Reviews client solicitations received by com provides recommendations regarding outsourcing requirements to business management proposal team.
Prepares and supports large subcontract negotiations. Tasks include:
The negotiation of terms and conditions, analyses of creation of the subcontract documents.
Responsible for managing large teams of subcontractors by monitoring the subcontractor's performance, including the management of the deliverables and payment of invoices.
Reviews and resolves with subcontractors all issues affecting subcontract performance and ensures subcontractor compliance legal requirements, company policies, and customer objectives.
Maintains contact with senior level managers regarding subcontract negotiation, preparation, and monitoring.
Candidate must have solid oral and written communication.
Position requires daily interactions with the Program Team regarding subcontract status, compliance, modification deviation, negotiation, and termination.
Advises management of prime contractor/subcontractor rights and obligations and provides interpretation of subcontract terms and conditions.
Researches and recommends subcontract policies procedures.
Provides advice and guidance to less experienced employees.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related (government subcontract administration) experience.
Drafts, reviews, analyze and negotiate contract and subcontract documents. Analyzes and negotiates rate agreements.
Develop, coordinate, and validate requirements matrix; track and report contract amendments and modifications.
Develops and updates standard contract forms.
Coordinates contract activities and positively interacts with technical, business development and account SOWs, RFQs, RFPs, ITBs, RFI’s, and evaluate responses on diverse types of contracts and agreements, as well as develop and submit responses to these documents.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Experience in Costpoint and P2P systems
Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and GSA Schedules
Advanced Excel and Word Document skills
CFCM Cert

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$50,400 - $105,800
