The Role

Provide oversight to the day-to-day engagement of operations and pursuit activities in order to provide a cross functional quality control function to maximize the teams' capabilities to drive deals to closure faster and with better quality. Is relied on as a senior member of the leadership to team to help guide and shape the organizations future.

The Main Responsibilities

Oversee deal qualification and pursuit strategies while provide insight into new revenue streams.​

Lead quality control across all pursuit aspects and provide leaders with perspective on changes required to lead to higher quality pursuits.​

Foster team skill development and enforce SET process, while provide mentorship opportunities for future leaders.​

Drive SET functional capabilities and innovation on new revenue streams.​

Educate on consumption models and advocate for SET value.​

Interface with sales for SET go-to-market strategies on acquiring new logos while overseeing existing pipeline.​

Engaging with account teams outside of individual pursuits to educate on consumption models and SET value/process, leading group ideation events​

Cross pollinate our core attributes of leadership, discipline and structure to other areas within Lumen​

Engage Lumen resources and others interested in create sale motion for large complex deals​

Primary sales interface to interlock with offering teams to create SET GTM motions

What We Look For in a Candidate

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experiencewith 5+ years of people leadership experince; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$124,037 - $165,375 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY

$130,242 - $173,649 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$136,437 - $181,913 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
