Job Responsibilities/Duties:
A sales professional will have the drive to coach, lead, and engage our buyers through each sales opportunity.
Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives.
Oversee all sales avenues including online and face-to-face.
Create and organize personal sales activities for the Sales department.
Attend weekly sales meetings with the team.
Maintain product knowledge on Ag equipment/Construction equipment and reports on competitive marketing and product activities.
Establish a positive relationship with customers by getting involved in customer interactions. Greet every customer, make them feel welcome, thank them for coming in.
Stay abreast and informed of all new inventory and current advertising efforts, including rebates and incentives.
Enthusiastically assist sales team in customer interactions and closing sales opportunities by enhancing the customer experience.
Understands various finance options available.
Responsible for maintaining a positive, clean and well-merchandised work environment, including showroom and lot display, merchandising, dress-code and ensuring all customer areas are kept well maintained.

2-4 years sales experience preferred.
Dealership experience preferred.
