The Opportunity:

As the Procurement Auditor within CACI’s Enterprise Support Services center, you will be responsible for reviewing order compliance against various regulations and contract requirements that govern CACI’s Government Approved Purchasing System.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, verify, and provide reporting of Procurement’s CES/ESS compliance with established Procurement policies and procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Follow industry regulatory changes and make recommendations for changes to ensure continued compliance.

  • Regular interaction with Procurement’s corporate compliance group and senior level CES/ESS Procurement managers regarding purchasing and subcontract audit status, compliance concerns and opportunities for improvements to subcontract policies and procedures.

  • Work independently under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ensure the Procurement organization maintains the highest levels of fairness, business ethics and personal conduct.

  • Provide on-going advice and guidance to CES/ESS Procurement team members to maintain organizational awareness of federal procurement regulatory changes, including but not limited to Commerciality, CAS, TINA, and Cost/Price Analysis.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 5+ years of related (government contract administration) experience or 10 + years government contract administration experience.

  • 3+ years of purchasing system audit experience with specific experience auditing procurement files for policy adherence and DCMA CPSR requirements.

  • Extensive knowledge of FAR, DFAR and GSA Schedules required.

Desired:

  • Experience with Costpoint.

  • P2P system knowledge.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$50,400 - $105,800
