THERAPITAS is a growing pediatric outpatient practice seeking a motivated and energetic OTR to join our multi-disciplinary team. We pride ourselves on offering dedicated and compassionate therapy services to the Latino population and families across Oklahoma.
The ideal candidate for this full-time position is someone who works well as a team in collaboration to provide the best pediatric therapy experience for our patients and their families. Position could be for evaluations only, one day a week and there is the option to say with Therapitas part or full time after initial coverage.
Required Qualifications:
Masters level or higher degree in Occupational Therapy
Oklahoma State License: OTR/L
Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
Experience with and/or knowledge of the pediatric population
THE ABILITY TO SPEAK SPANISH IS NOT REQUIRED
Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
Perform evaluations, create and follow plan of care for patients
Perform documentation of services, meeting clinical expectations and payer regulations
Supervise occupational therapy assistants
Mentorship Program:
On-site mentorship by therapists with 5+ years of experience
Collaboration with 3 clinics of OT professionals
In-session assistance and guidance
Case reviews with OT team
Case reviews with Mentor
Guidance and assistance with documentation
Assistance with finding CEU to grow your knowledge
