Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Insurance Follow-Up Specialist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The chosen candidate will work in the insurance industry and will be tasked with duties such as working with Allscripts, athenahealth, and Cerner Technologies, as well as EHR SYSTEM and Epic Software. The specialist will also handle appeals and Ben.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize skills in appeals and claim administration to ensure the smooth operation of insurance processes.

• Implement collection processes to recover overdue payments.

• Conduct data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

• Handle auto claim procedures to ensure customers receive their entitled benefits.

• Manage Auto General Liability (AGL) claims to determine liability and assess damages.

• Oversee auto insurance processes to guarantee the correct application of policies and procedures.

• Handle auto liability cases to protect the interests of the company and its customers. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Appeals is required.

• Proficient in Claim Administration.

• Familiarity with Collection Processes is necessary.

• Must have strong Data Entry skills.

• Experience with Auto Claim is essential.

• Knowledge of Auto General Liability (AGL) Claims is a must.

• Should be well-versed in Auto Insurance procedures and regulations.

• Proficiency in handling Auto Liability cases is required.
