Hospital Operations Coordinator (2nd Shift Team Lead)

As the Hospital Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing daily hospital operations during the absence of the Operations Manager. Your responsibilities include maintaining high standards for equipment functionality, addressing nursing staff concerns, and ensuring effective communication across shifts.

Thursday - Monday, 2:30p-11p (off Tuesday & Wednesday)

$20.00/hour + .50 cents shift diff

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily hospital operations in the absence of the Operations Manager.

  • Ensure equipment functions optimally and maintain necessary inventory.

  • Investigate and address nursing staff concerns professionally.

  • Assist with HST personnel supervision, training, and performance reviews.

  • Foster cooperation among shifts for a positive team environment.

  • Facilitate HST training and adherence to ASSET360 policies.

  • Support daily tasks, including patient rounds and equipment management.

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with strong computer skills (Word and Excel).

  • Effective multitasker with excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Familiarity with technical and financial aspects of hospital operations.

  • Ability to lead and unify a diverse team.

Background Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 1 year in medical or management roles.
