ABOUT THE POSITION:

• The primary purpose of the Facilities Admin Assistant position is to provide clerical and project support to the Facilities Maintenance and In-House Maintenance department.

• This will be a Full-Time (40-hour work week) position; the full-time work schedule will be Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

• The position is located at Love's corporate office in Oklahoma City.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare department reports, review Service Channel assets, complete vendor set up in Service Channel platform, and provide phone support.

• Provide project and clerical support for the Facilities Maintenance and In-House Maintenance Departments

• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, phone support, etc.

• Handle department vendor accounts and set up, reports, invoice processing, and statements.

• Handle other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Experience:

• 1+ years of office experience is preferred

• 1+ years of invoicing and payment processing experience is preferred

• 1+ years of bookkeeping, accounts payable, and invoice processing experience is preferred

• 1+ years of SAP Accounting experience is a plus but not required

• Skills:

• Hard skills: Intermediate level of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and data entry

• Soft Skills: Able to multi-task; excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management skills, strong organization skills, sense of urgency, dependable and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
