This facility typically employs a range of medical professionals to address the health and safety needs of their occupants. This staff may include physicians, nurses, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), and other healthcare specialists trained to manage medical emergencies and provide routine care. These professionals are essential for maintaining the well-being of personnel during extended operations in secure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough medical examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans for patients.
Provide patient education on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment options.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to care.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with Vighter’s standards.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery.
Experience & Education
Minimum of 3 years of experience in designated specialty or related medical fields.
Graduate of an accredited medical school with an MD or DO degree.
Active and unrestricted medical license in Oklahoma
Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Qualifications
Must possess a valid DEA license.
Strong decision-making abilities and a commitment to evidence-based care.
Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.
Work Environment
Facility operations may include a mix of outpatient and emergency settings.
Rotational on-call duties may be required.

Physical Requirements :
Must be able to sit for more than 8 hours per day.
Must be willing to work overtime if necessary.
Must be able to use an elevator or walk up and down stairs.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry up to 10 feet.
Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows/knees and reach above and below shoulders.
Must be able to read and interpret handwritten and typewritten print.
Must be able to communicate by voice and detect sound by ear.
Must be able to perform duties in an indoor or outdoor environment.
Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation.
Must undergo urine drug screening (UDS).
Most positions require a Tuberculosis skin test and an up-to-date immunization record.
