Oracle Consulting Sales Rep 4 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Job Description

The Construction and Engineering Business Unit (CEGBU) within Oracle’s Customer Solution for Industries organization is the leading provider of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. Oracle has the largest market share of PPM vendors and intends to grow its influence rapidly by delivering best-in-class PPM solutions for a wide variety of use cases across all industries. CEGBU solutions support our customer's ability to propose, prioritize & select strategic investments as well as control, manage and execute projects supporting those investment decisions.

This is a key sales role that is responsible for growing professional services business in The United State Public Sector territory to help achieve and exceed the sales booking targets. Working very closely with the broader Oracle organization to upsell and cross sell products and services in the target accounts is a key expectation of this role.

Responsible for building the consulting services book of business by qualifying deals and crafting a healthy pipeline is a key requirement for this role. The individual should be comfortable with presentations to C level executives and articulate the value of proposition of the Primavera products, build a sales account plan for target accounts and actively pursue and handle the close plan for accounts where a deal closure is imminent.

The individual is also responsible for structuring the professional services deal which involves documentation of the proposal covering articulation of the value proposition for consulting, proposed solutioning, architecture options, deployment models, risk and mitigation and pricing options. The person should be hands on with MS office tools viz., MS excel and PowerPoint.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with selling Professional Services/Consulting

  • Track record of handling Consulting P&L to accelerate revenue, margin, and growth

  • The ability to establish relationships with C level and Senior executives

  • Good business and commercial competence with strong negotiation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with the internal organization

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of public sector contracting process and experience closing public section consulting contracts

  • 8-12 years of relevance field sales/consulting experience

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $111,200 to $185,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 60/40.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
