Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is pivotal in the accounting industry, where you will be tasked with handling customer accounts and inquiries using various software systems. The workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process applications related to customer credit using Accounting Software Systems.
• Keep a precise record of customer credit details, ensuring data accuracy.
• Proactively monitor customer accounts, identifying potential issues and taking necessary actions.
• Use Accurint for efficient claim administration and collection processes.
• Handle inbound calls from customers, providing answers to their inquiries and resolving issues.
• Perform billing functions using ADP - Financial Services.
• Utilize CRM systems for customer relationship management and account tracking.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Respond to and resolve any issues related to billing and collections. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required for managing and analyzing financial data.
• Knowledge of Accurint is essential to effectively perform skip tracing and collection tasks.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is crucial for undertaking payroll and other related financial operations.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Thorough understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary for managing payments received from customers.
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Experience with Billing Functions is required for accurate invoice processing and resolving billing issues.
• Expertise in Claim Administration is necessary to handle claims processing, payment, and related tasks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Collection Processes is crucial for effective debt recovery.
