CACI has a great opportunity for a Business Operations Specialist supporting ASKCACI.

You will serve as the primary interface for inquiries for our internal customers.

You will interact with internal customers to answer questions related to policies, procedures, and business processes.

You will also provide support by utilizing an existing knowledge base and established policies to ensure consistency for the internal customer experience.

All inquiries will be logged and tracked using ServiceNow and measured against established standards and metrics.

Upon any confusion or absence of information in the knowledgebase, the Business Operations Specialist will work with their direct Supervisor or Lead to come up with a solution.

This position is located on site at our Shared Services Center in Oklahoma City.

More About the Role:

In this position, you will emulate exceptional customer service in all facets of the position including responding to employee requests in a professional, respectful manner and understanding the sensitivity and confidential issues.

You will research and interpret company policies and procedures and provide education and guidance where necessary.

• Follow Call Center SOPs.

• Partner with other parts of the business to assist in resolving various issues.

• Work collaboratively in a Team and Learning Organization environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or associate Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a customer service at a large complex business setting.

• Strong communication, both written and verbal.

• Must have a strong sense of customer service.

• Must have exceptional active listening skills.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Adaptability and flexibility.

• Ability to make quick decisions independently.

• Strong attention to detail.

Desrired:

• Experience working in Customer Service role in a complex business setting.

• Experience using Workday.

• Experience utilizing ServiceNow.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$35,776 - $63,200
