Job Description: Billing Clerk

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

This role is 100% On-Site

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve debts or any inconsistencies.

  • Generate billing for contracts and time/material.

  • Prepare and send invoices and bills to customers.

  • Maintain and update accounting records with customer information.

  • Communicate with customers to address inquiries or discrepancies.

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.

  • Create detailed reports and present them to managers.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with accounting software programs, particularly Excel.

  • Proficiency in math and excellent organizational skills.

  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with accounting systems.

  • Ability to perform 10-key data entry at 8,000 KPH.

  • Proficient in using an adding machine calculator.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.
