Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounting Clerk in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The selected individual will be an integral part of our team, processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and handling customer inquiries. The role also includes monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient processing of customer applications

• Maintenance and updating of customer records

• Resolution of customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitoring of customer accounts for irregularities

• Execution of appropriate action on customer accounts when required

• Efficient data entry tasks

• Handling billing processes and issues. Requirements • Demonstrable experience as an Accounting Clerk or a similar role in the finance sector.

• Proficient in billing procedures and able to maintain accurate financial records.

• Competent in data entry tasks, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• Strong numerical skills and the ability to handle large volumes of financial data.

• Knowledge of financial software and office productivity tools.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting principles.

• Proactive in identifying potential issues and proposing effective solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex financial data.
