Position Description
To plan, organize, and manage Government Program Services & Implementation projects to ensure company and departmental goals and objectives are met.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Assists with the development and execution of departmental projects and acts as a subject matter expert for the department and implementation.
- Partners and consults with other Government Programs project teams, including the strategic planning team, regarding projects related to new group implementations, process changes or updates to regulatory requirements.
- Works with the Government Programs implementation team to assist with facilitation, oversight and tracking of project(s) and tasks related to implementations.
- May develop and conduct training regarding department functions and changes.
- Maintains and tracks process documentation for the department and performs regular audits and updates.
- Recommends and implements performance and process improvements.
- Assists with updates to Government Programs member, provider and health plan materials.
- Assists with the tracking of the change management, reading scores, and approval process of member, provider and health plan materials.
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
