Job Description

We are looking to add a shop leader to our crew, we need someone who is not afraid of directing the team, we set deadlines for each project, and we need to ensure these deadlines are being met.

Responsibilities

You will be directing the daily workflow, following up with all team members making sure they are staying on track. You will be keeping record of each project and the status of it at all times. You will be helping with other projects as assigned.

• Maintain the daily project schedule making sure all team members are assigned their work duties for each day & verifying completion.
• Assembling and disassembling, propane tanks and related equipment.
• Operate machinery to assist in the production process.
• Assemble and disassembling materials and equipment as required.
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met.
• Conduct inspections and quality control of products.
• Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required (up to 100 pounds)
• Other assignments will be required.
• You must have experience in a previous lead position.
• Bilingual -Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Pass a Pre-employment D&A test. 
• Pass a Background test.
