Working with EAST advisors to create materials to support international students in the college of EAST-Being a positive role for international students Being a positive representative of the college of EAST Demonstrating an ability to work with diverse populations Facilitating effective one on one and small group mentoring meetings Facilitating campus programs participation of self and mentees Facilitating/coordinating relevant workshops Demonstrating professionalism,excellent communication and listening skills,responsibility,accountability,integrity,and a desire to learn,grow and develop as a leader Being a responsible team member Attending regular staff meetings,training,workshops,etc. Actively giving,receiving,& implementing feedback regarding mentoring skills & performance in a timely manner.
