The school administrator for the WSU Charter Academy provides administrative leadership and management for the school including oversight of all school operations for two multiage classrooms for students in Kindergarten through 3rd grade,hiring and developing school staff,coordinating the involvement of University student field experiences,observations,and research projects in the classrooms,working with the Governing Board of Directors to ensure accountability to providing a quality developmentally appropriate research based program early elementary learners.
