Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Control Specialist at our location in Odessa, Texas. In this role, you will be managing and maintaining our inventory records using various software tools and data entry techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize inventory software to track and manage stock levels

• Use Microsoft Excel to create reports and analyze inventory data

• Handle data entry tasks related to inventory control

• Respond to inventory inquiries using Microsoft Outlook

• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies

• Take appropriate action based on inventory data analysis

• Ensure accuracy of all inventory records

• Resolve any inventory-related issues promptly

• Collaborate with other team members to maintain efficient inventory operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Data Entry, with a keen focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience with Inventory Software, preferably in a warehousing or logistics environment.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and analyze data.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for effective communication and scheduling purposes.
