Adecco US, Inc. Customer Service Representative II in Odessa, Florida

As a Customer Service Representative II, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, providing support to customers and business partners, and effectively managing delivery driver communications. Your primary focus will be on maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Monitor and report on delivery driver performance, including tracking progress and communicating updates to drivers.

  • Conduct customer satisfaction calls, documenting feedback and addressing any concerns.

  • Review completed deliveries and quality assurance (QA) of driver notes to ensure alignment with company standards.

  • Execute outbound customer calls, ensuring documentation of conversations and follow-up actions, whether reaching the customer or leaving a voicemail.

  • Dispatch delivery drivers effectively and monitor the completion of delivery routes.

  • Perform data entry and compile daily reports to track operational performance.

  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor during interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to resolving issues effectively.

  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and organizational skills, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
