The position will be a senior position in the UX Design team reporting directly to the Head of UX and Product Design. The position will be part of the research team lead by our Lead UX Researcher. The Research position will be both a hands-on and strategic position meaning that the profile will conduct and conclude field research, but also work with strategic research and generate insights for the business. The role will be responsible for a user-driven approach in product development.

Responsibilities

  • Set up research and tests with users

  • Present results and help the organization to adapt to insights

  • Make sure that the regions and different departments understand the insights

  • Gather requests from the users and help structuring for further prioritization

  • Plan and execute research aligned with the research lead

  • Participate in meetings across the organization and gather requests

  • Deliver the findings and insights to stakeholders and set-up measurements

  • Provide customer feedback and help to translate into requests that can be used to develop future products

Universal Robots is becoming more and more user driven and a big part of the role will also be to help, structure and develop the role of the research team in the future. Experience with research on a strategic level is therefore needed to fulfill the role.

We are looking for an experienced researcher that has previously been working within UX. You have a great understanding of human behavior, a lot of empathy, an analytic mindset and can easily make conclusions and recommendations for others. You are an expert in both quantitative and quality research and a super-user in Excel and have worked with power-bi systems before.

It is an advantage if you previously worked with Usertesting/Userzoom and Enjoy HQ or similar software.
