Currently hiring for a CNC Operator in Ixonia, WI. This shop works with full-service production of various metal parts crafted for a diverse customer base in industries such as agriculture, construction, off-road highway trucking, mining, etc.

Job Duties:

• Operate CNC machines and Machining Centers

• Produce small to large parts

• Review drawings, instructions, and blueprints

• Ensure accuracy of production

• Plan sequence of tasks

• Inspect parts using various precision tools

• Document labor and quality checks

Pay:

$18-$21/HR for entry level (must have some machine operation experience, does not need to be CNC)

$22-$25/HR for mid level candidates (experience with running CNC machines and some knowledge of set up, at least 1-2 years)

$26-$30/HR for higher level candidates (lots of CNC experience - knowledge of set-up and programming)

Location:

Ixonia, Wisconsin.

Schedule:

1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available

Shifts will range from 8-12 hours depending on production needs
