Onsite Ocoee, FL

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

  • Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent.

  • Must be able to submit to a background check and drug test.

  • Must be able to work an 8 hour shift between 7 am- 7 pm (last call) Mon- Fri.

Summary:

As a customer service representative II, you will be supporting our client’s customers with escalated calls. In this role, you will be responsible for answering escalated calls, providing product information, and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer’s problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry.

What you will be doing:

  • Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training.

  • Identifies problems in straightforward situations and makes sound decisions using standard procedures.

  • Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.

  • Intermediate level job with some work experience.

  • Enable and support agents by answering questions and taking escalated calls

  • Supports Specialty projects as needed.

  • Support Chat and E-mail platforms.

  • Support teammate’s questions as needed. (via Skype/Teams)

  • Identify and report call trends to Leadership.

  • Suggests tool updates to Leadership to improve accuracy and timeliness of information.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated pay for this role is $16.25 per hour.
