Customer Service Representative II (Webchat)

  • Work Schedule: Must be flexible between client hours Mon-Friday 7am -7pm EST

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

  • Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent.

  • Must be able to submit to a background check and drug test.

  • Must be able to work an 8 hour shift between 7 am- 7 pm (last call) Mon- Fri.

  • Have excellent product and process knowledge, with 6 months of consistent excellent quality assurance scores.

  • Have excellent problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong phone and computer skills.

  • Patience when handling difficult situations

Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative (Webchat), you will be supporting our client’s customers with escalated issues. While providing them with exceptional customer service you will respond and manage complaints to ensure that inquiries are resolved appropriately

What you will be doing:

  • Drive compliance to Webchat handling procedures with the objective of meeting contractual chat metrics by monitoring CSR chat handling activity through use of the Monitoring Systems.

  • Handle escalated chats in a timely and professional manner ensuring that all customer cases are followed through to closure.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure the matter is resolved within the agreed time frame.

  • Providing feedback to management on service provided by frontline agents for quality improvements.

  • Performing data entry for customer’s accounts.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated pay for this role is $16.25 per hour.
